Our unique approach to wine tasting incorporates premium salumi and cheese. We are not a café or restaurant; our primary focus is on providing a memorable Usher Tinkler wine tasting experience. We also offer a selection of salumi and cheese to heighten your unique winery experience in the Hunter Valley.

Please note: the platter pricing below does not include the wine tasting fee, as this fee is waived on any per person wine purchase.
Make a booking
To avoid disappointment and guarantee a table, we recommend that you make a booking, particularly on weekends. Book a wine tasting in the Hunter Valley today.
- Wine tastings operate from 10:00am to 5:00pm and run for 45 minutes. There is a $20.00 wine tasting fee per person which is waived on any per person wine purchase.
- Wine tastings with salumi and cheese are available from 10:00am to 3:00pm and run for a maximum of 90 minutes.
- Your credit card will be pre-authorised at the time of your booking, not charged. All payments will be processed on the day at the cellar door. We reserve the right to charge your card for the tasting fee if you fail to arrive for your booking without providing notice.
Please note:
- Our maximum group size is 8 guests. Group bookings over 8 are taken when possible, reach out to enquiries@ushertinklerwines.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- Children and Non-Tasters are classified as a person within our available spaces and must be included in the booking number.
