Usher Tinkler Wines offers a relaxed, social environment for adventurous wine drinkers. 

Our approach to wine tasting incorporates salumi and cheese however, we are not a café or restaurant and our focus is on the wine tasting. We offer a selection of salumi and cheese to heighten your wine tasting experience.


We have multiple platter options depending on your group size. Your selections are made on the day in consultation with our friendly staff. Please note: the pricing for our platters below does not include the wine tasting fee, as this fee is waived on any per person wine purchase.

Make a booking

To avoid disappointment and guarantee a table, we recommend that you make a booking, particularly on weekends.

  • Wine tastings operate from 10:00am to 5:00pm and run for 45 minutes. There is a $15.00 wine tasting fee per person which is waived on any per person wine purchase.
  • Wine tastings with salumi and cheese are available from 10:30am to 3:00pm and run for a maximum of 90 minutes.

Please note:

  • Our maximum group size is 8 guests. Group bookings over 8 are taken when possible, reach out to enquiries@ushertinklerwines.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Children are classified as a person within our available spaces and must be included in the booking number.
