This is our newest preservative free, natural wine. Viognier fermented with skins and aged for 3 months in French oak. Earthy textures of freshly picked watercress, sweet yellow peach and apricot.
A different style then our other wines, it is intriguing to try, and represents a whole new dynamic for the Viognier grape.
